Caringbah Townhouse | A Home Reimagined for a Mother and Daughter

This whole townhouse renovation in Caringbah for a mother and daughter was truly something special, with an aim of creating private indoor to outdoor living.

This project included a full internal gut, new Gyprock, skirting architraves and skirting boards, all new doors and hardware, both internally and externally, as well as the creation of an all-new kitchen and laundry.

The HYSPEC team also created a new ensuite and spacious new main bathroom, laid carpet in both bedrooms, poured an epoxy floor in the double garage, and added new plumbing throughout to get rid of water hammer and previous bad workmanship. The floor was levelled ready for quickstep flooring and we removed cornices and square set everything.

Externally, the roof and gutter was fixed to stop long-term leaks, the front paving done and tiling for a stylish, low maintenance courtyard, as well as a new alarm system with cameras and motion sensors installed. The sunlit back deck, screen and bench seating for outdoor entertaining is by Moodwood Technologies.
