Smart Design, Hidden Delights | A Modern Makeover for Family Living

Nestled in a busy family-focused street in Engadine, this impressive family home is complete with a modest architectural form, a luxurious outdoor entertaining area and pool, with a monochrome clad exterior.

This incredible smart home included a custom pivot front door, feature cladding on the front facade and rendered the rest of the house for a clean look. From the exterior inside, no detail is spared. We sheeted the carport and entry ceiling, created a custom steel staircase with solid Jarrah treads and glass balustrade, and removed walls downstairs and installed a 7.5m steel beam to an open-plan layout.

Continuing through the interior, we created two new bathrooms with barn doors to both, combined the laundry and bar area with custom-built feature shelves, the outdoor entertaining area was custom built with a new BBQ, fridge and storage with jarrah shadow line cladding and hidden doors, concrete look benchtop with a large waterfall edge and LED lighting.

Our favourite feature of all was the hidden door within the master bedroom we constructed that opens into a large walk-in wardrobe.
