Treetop Tranquility | A Master Bedroom with a View

Situated in a leafy street in Bonnet Bay overlooking bushland, the homeowners dreamed of creating more room with this top floor extension, creating a luxury master bedroom.

This project required a huge amount of work to create a top floor addition of a master bedroom, a Laminex feature wall, walk-in wardrobe and an impressive double glazed fixed bay window built with solid oak reveal and a hidden electric blind to maximise views of leafy Bonnet Bay below. Externally, we used James Hardie linea cladding.

The team completed a complex amount of engineering for a relatively small addition to hold the existing tile roof up, and we still managed to achieve a flush ceiling and hid everything within the roof cavity.

• Natural Palette: Textural layering and earthy finishes create a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere throughout the space.
