Modern Elegance Meets Family Functionality in This Waterfall Renovation

This breathtaking home in Waterfall was perfect for a young family, with expansive views that made for the perfect setting for this renovation.
From the moment HYSPEC were appointed, the designs were investigated thoroughly with an architect and the ultimate layout involved removing four internal walls to make one large living dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen and living areas were supported with steel beams and posts down to new footings, and we raised the ceiling and installed a new roof structure and roof sheeting to accommodate the higher ceiling. We also installed a new two-tone V-Joint and shaker style kitchen, quickstep flooring and levelled the subfloor for a perfect finish, along with new architraves and skirting.

The elegant brand-new bathroom added the final touches to this renovation, along with the installation of a new 4m sliding stacker door and the new structure to support the tile roof, and a V-Joint feature wall with storage bench seat in dining area.
