Positioned in Engadine, this full home renovation was a huge project, inside and out.

From the paving, fencing, driveway and fencing, HYSPEC did it all, including extending the back of the house, enlarging the living, dining and kitchen spaces. We also extended to the left side creating a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, extra bedroom and laundry.

We removed all the internal walls in and around the living spaces and the back wall for open-plan living, added all new windows and doors and extended to the right hand side creating a garage.

Externally, we created an outdoor entertaining area and pool, built a granny flat and cladded in nail strip Matt monument cladding, re-pitched the roof so it looked like there was no extension and it was always part of the house, and added all new external cladding and hi R value insulation. We also created a feature entrance roof with two 300mm feature posts holding up a slimline roof with Shou Sugi Ban charred timber cladding for the ceiling.
